Sign#1 - Your job searches bring 0 results
You don't know what to search, because you actually haven't figured out what you know how to do.
Sign#2 - You're getting very few responses to your applications
You're applying to a lot of jobs but you never hear back, maybe you just need to make sure your CV reflects your experience.

Since you weren't receiving any responses, you've reorganised your CV in so many ways, it feels like a shuffled Rubik's cube and got confusing.
